Horrible experience worst Ulta on the island. I went in there intentionally to purchase fragrances, every tester was locked up, the ones that were out were empty. The girl who helped me for 2 seconds disappeared to chat with a friend who came in, I couldn’t find a single person to help when I wanted to smell power of you & purple melancholia. This is like the Walmart of Ultas on the island. Truly horrible shopping experience. Such a shame because it’s in such a nice plaza with all stores but it literally has nothing. Dark, d... read more

Was in there for 30 mins and no one asked to help, except when a worker decided to follow me around make me uncomfortable and rush me while I was trying to buy new makeup and try new products unfortunately I didn’t get her name but if your going to follow someone around please try to make it less obvious shopping for makeup is supposed to be fun and a stress reliever but not one I’m being followed and yapping loudly around me wherever I go.
