Day of homecoming cancelled hair appt and offered no additional accommodations other than booking for another day…. What? Next year’s homecoming? No, no and never going back.
Usually my favorite location, but during my visit today—no one spoke to me or acknowledged me in any capacity. Very disappointed in this experience.
Terrible Experience – AVOID ALEXIS Never felt so unseen and unwelcome at a salon. Alexis was rude and unprofessional. Be prepared to feel like your presence doesn’t matter — that’s how it works here. Other stylists might be fine, but I would never book with Alexis again.
