Had a haircut scheduled for my daughter. The stylist called at asked if it's okay to push it back. That was fine. When we got there I was told it'll be a few minutes. Our actual stylist didn't update us or anything. After 20 min of waiting we left.
Sweet staff, they got the line down really quick so we weren’t waiting in line super long. My only complaint is I asked to get my birthday reward and the girl asked for a coupon. I entered my phone number and there wasn’t any coupon so she told me to call. The representative over the phone told me they should’ve just given it to me….
I stopped in earlier this week to fill an order for a third party shopping service. I found 3 items without any issues but was wandering for the final one. Tran saw me and kindly asked if she could help. She wasn’t pushy or upset that I was a shopper, and graciously walked me right over to the correct display and pulled exactly what I needed. Thank you!
very disappointing today when I was at the store and Cool Springs . Saw sign up that advertised a promotional gift if you spent a certain amount on The product. I even went out of my way to ensure that this promotional sale was good. I didn't ask one but asked two sales associates about it n they informed me I would receive the gift at the register. Unfortunately when I checked out at the register and I was informed that expired several weeks ago and sorry no gift after spending $100 on the product…wow... so you leave a prom... read more
