Terrible customer service. They are either on their phone or standing around talking to each other
Very nice staff, I didn’t catch her name but I believe maybe it was Samantha, I’m not quite sure but it was both of the girls that were working tonight, very kind and worked with me even though I personally made a mistake on a pick up order.
I'll never return to this ulta. Tried doing a return and the girl was zero help. Worst customer service.
