Disappointing. I hesitated a lot before writing this review, but I’m doing it so someone else doesn’t ruin their hair the way I did. I had to undergo two treatments because the first one didn't turn out right it was the stylist's mistake. They tried to fix the issue, but I feel it’s unfair to pay to have my hair left patchy, dried out, and damaged due to a lack of professionalism. If you love your hair, stop and go somewhere else ,anywhere but here. What I ordered vs what I received
