This one is possibly the worst ulta store re customer service and staff behavior. I'm looking at other ulta locations after having an encouter with the staff here. Rude, unhelpful, degrading and possibly racist. Then i came home and mentioned it to my host family and they too verified that the staff here is indeed very rude. And then, whilst looking for other locations on the map, i happened upon the reviews and looks like I'm not the only one complaining. I hope the ulta company management takes note.

While shopping this evening at Ulta , the cashier was being very impatient with me and my sister when I come there all the time, I always get a kind smile and patient workers, but no I left speechless, the way she spoke to me I can’t even express how disappointed I was, so unprofessional. “cashier Kristine” needs to learn how to treat her customers.

Nice store with some very nice employees. However, the older woman with the dark bobbed with bangs hairstyle is miserable! Completely negative, confrontational and oppositional. She even interacts with her fellow employees the exact same way. Visit this location often and each time she is working it’s the same. I avoid any interactions with her. She needs to go or be put on back room stock… seriously
