Anthony helped color match a foundation and did a fantastic job listening to my concerns and finding the perfect shade. I went about my day and when I looked in the mirror, I gasped. It did exactly what I wanted and looked lovely. Yay, Anthony! (I purchased ILIA Super Serum.)
I love this ULTA location. Everyone is always so helpful and friendly. I specifically want to give a shout out to the stylist Olivia! I went in looking for something to help my damaged hair and needed help. Luckily she didn’t have a client at the time and she took so much time helping me build a routine and explained everything. I appreciate her help so much! Please let her know how grateful I am!

I'm usually never the one to complain about service because I've worked in the service industry, but today I went in the with my daughters to get some new cologne. There was 2 other people over by the colognes & perfumes and employees asked them if they needed assistance multiple times, but didn't ask me once if I needed help. I was planning on buying some Giorgio Armani & YSL colognes and stood over there for 15-20 minutes waiting for someone to ask if they could help as multiple employees walked by.
