I was exchanging and a cashier forgot to put something in my bag. I went back to retrieve it the next day. The manager there refused to give it to me and even told me I was wrong and got in my face as if she wanted to do something to me. I didn't understand because I've been going there for years 😕 I haven't been back since 😕
