Hot Mess at Ulta – Literally The employees were amazing—friendly, professional, and super helpful while I was getting my makeup matched. Truly, they deserve five stars. But the store conditions? One star is generous. It was unbearably hot inside. I was sweating just walking around—not cute when you're trying to test foundation.
