I was at the store looking around and almost all the employees were having side conversations and it felt like I was interrupting them when I needed help . A lot of the testers in the fragrance section are empty or missing , and the area with the garbage bin and testers was really messy .
Love this store! Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable and it always smells so nice in there lol
I had a great experience with Madison at Ulta Beauty! She was wonderful to work with and really listened to what I wanted. I asked for wavy hair, and she absolutely delivered the look I was going for. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the waves didn’t hold as long as I hoped. Overall, Madison was friendly, professional, and talented, and I would definitely see her again.
