I've been twice @ this location! With my college student/daughter. A little annoyed with one employee / she is tall, eyeglasses, brown hair! It seems like she follows us like we need to steal from this store! We, have purchased expensive items - YSL perfume/suggestion / Too Faced makeup Maybe can be placed in a higher location at the store so you don't have to bend down to look for the correct shade! We want to enjoy the experience of Ulta but not be harassed.
There is ongoing construction. Their tester applicators were all empty. Stuff was out of place and testers were not in good condition. Multiple lip testers were sticky on the outside. A lot of the tester makeup was in the condition you would expect if a toddler got into it. The only redeeming thing about this store being such a mess was the staff were nice.
Went in for my first salon service.Asked for permanent hair color, a hair cut,high lights,and root color. After paying almost $200 Recieved semi permanent , no highlights, no hair cut , low lights the only thing I did get was a root touch up. While sitting in the chair with the stylist she repeatedly made derogatory comments regarding my faith. Contacted the store manager , 1 call placed on hold never answered , second call spoke to SM said the salon manager would call back regarding a refund , never heard back called 2 more... read more
