I am extremely disappointed with our recent experience with Sandra G. at the Ulta Hair Salon. We came back to this location because my mom had previously gotten her highlights done here by a different stylist, and she did an amazing job. Unfortunately, this experience was completely different. My mom went in for a retouch on her highlights, and she left with her hair severely damaged, extremely fragile, and breaking/falling off. Really wanted to have a good shopping experience but I was being followed the whole entire time while I was in the store. Thank God the coupon that I wanted to use only worked for a pick up order therefore I no longer wanted to buy the items since I could’ve use the coupon. If you are black beware that you will get followed the entire time.
