My review has nothing to do with Ulta the retail store or products. My review is about my recent experience with their "skincare specialist." This lady needs to back off and stay in her lane. I know she's trying to sell products, but she's giving unwanted advice and assessing and judging you as you stand right in front of her. First of all, not every skin issue is surface level and is as simple as slapping on a product to fix or correct. Autumn is one of the best hairstylist that I've been to in a long time! She took the time to listen, and explained what was realistic and doable! She was very knowledgeable and helped me understand how to style my hair at home! Oh! And she recommended something called an express keratin treatment that made my hair feel so good! My hair had gone through it previously, and she made it look so healthy and smooth! I had a great time in her chair, she was easy to talk to and really kind and friendly! I'll definitely be back!
