I do not recommend the salon for kids haircuts. I took my 2 young daughters and my daughter with straight hair looked fine, but my daughter with wavy hair had her hair thinned way too much. The “elite stylist” made her hair look wispy and choppy in her ponytail now. I saw the demarcation highlight marks in the stylist’s hair and it should have been a red flag to walk away. Don’t go there.

I had a hard time finding a scent instock that Ulta carried. Fortunately, with there good customer service, we/I found the fragrance at a retail location, and even though it was the last bottle, they still held it for me till I could get off work to buy it for my brother's Christmas gift. I'm very thankful and will be returning in the future.

Horrid experience. Woman on the floor refused to help me multiple times. Line all the way to the middle of the store and one register open

I sent my father to this store to pick up two products, Good Molecules Eye Patches and Eye Gel. He stopped by this location two days ago, and he was told they were out of stock. He also went on to mention feeling not welcomed in a way that was surprising to me. I know Ulta staff to be quite practical nd helpful. If an item is out-of-stock, they will tell you if or when they expect a new shipment to arrive. If there is a similar product, they suggest it.
