A stylist at Tulsa Hills did this to my hair and then accepted an over 100% tip knowing that I could not see what she had done in the mirror while I was in the salon. I have to go somewhere else to have it fixed and bleached to blend the bald spots. The girl accepted my tip after falsely representing her work. She is a thief.
