Terrible business practices! Pre paid for 6 months of storage two weeks earlier than due date . Less than 5 days later (still earlier than due date) I happened to sell my boat out of the blue. Asked if there was any chance that I could get just half of my deposit back since I prepaid early and he began to brag to me how he’s done this in the past to previous clients. He told me a guy prepaid for the whole year, sank his jet ski a month later and he wouldn’t refund the guy any money. Instead, he rented the space out and doubl... read more
