This is the best apartment complex I've lived in. I enjoy all the amenities and the overall value. The apartments are very modern, nice new appliances and are all inclusive (best part). The complex is quiet and relaxing despite being student housing. It seems very safe despite the neighborhood. Maintenance respond right away to request.
I recently moved my son into University Lake and I must say I am very pleased. We had a few issues when we picked up keys but nothing that wasn't immediately addressed. I let them know how satisfied I was because some of the older reviews on here aren't the best and I am pleasantly surprised.
I am subleasing my furnished room in a 2/2 apartment at University Lake. The room comes with the bed, mattress, desk and a closet. Included in rent high-speed internet, electricity, water, sewer and trash collection. Washer and dryer inside the unit. The complex is really close to USF, Walgreens, restaurants and gas stations.
