RecommendedI’ve been living here since August and have had an amazing experience, especially with maintenance. Dustin, Zach, and Paul are always so sufficient & fast with their work and all around nice guys! 100% recommend!
I haven’t had any major issues since moving here about 4 months ago. A couple of power and water outages at first but nothing out of the ordinary. Maintenance has fixed any problem I’ve had and are always very accommodating. Best student living experience I’ve had thus far.
I dont know what happen to then overtimes but I cant wait to move
Management is great always there to help. The grounds are beautiful and by far one of my favorite apartments of all time!
My grandson and I went to check out ulake. Was very pleased with the customer service I recieved while there. Very friendly and informative.
Inclusive rent is awesome. Office staff are fantastic as well - Brittnee, Oscar, and Amanda are always happy to help with any issues I have. Four stars because of outages of power and water multiple times - it's an older complex, but that doesn't make outages any less frustrating. I've been here for almost 3 years now and have really enjoyed it here!
ULake Apartments is hands down the best community to live in in Tampa. The staff is always so friendly and always willing to help with whatever you need; specifically the amazing managers Alejandra and Kelly, and the best leasing agents, Oscar and Amanda! ULake is one of the most amazing properties, with a team like no other. 10/10 would recommend.
