Update: As move out is approaching, we are preparing to move to a new place because for some reason this place can’t seem to get it together. I called and submitted work orders multiple times because the whole electric in my kitchen, outlets, dishwasher, microwave, my washer, has been down since Thursday night. I'm impressed with upgrades the new owners have/are making. Pool repairs, hammock area, buildings painted, parking lot repaved, landscaping... The apartments are modern and great for college students.
I have lived here 1 and half years and I resigned my lease. I am happy and comfortable here the office staff is always friendly and willing to help when there is a problem. The maintenence is always friendly and responds in 24 to 48 hours to fix any issues you may be having. The neighborhood is quite and mostly well kept. The rent is affordable and all inclusive which is also very nice. I don't like the towing company I think towing is not needed because we have no parking issues.
