I was referred to Dr Jurkunas by my local Ophthalmologist as my Fuchs disease progressed. He assured me that She is THE BEST! Well, a month ago She & Her team removed my cataract & performed my DMEK procedure. Well today was my visit & my vision is ABSOLUTELY REMARKABLE!! Left ?? Done & Looking forward to the Right!!! I had cornea surgery and cataract surgery in both eyes. I would not trust anyone else with my eyes. Dr. Jurkunas is absolutely the best!
Dr. Jurkunas deserves 10 stars. I first sought her out for a 2nd opinion for cataract surgery and decided on the spot that I wanted her to perform it. I have 2 types of corneal disease so it was important to have a corneal specialist do my surgery. Today, roughly five years out from 2 surgeries, I have excellent vision.
