The clinic was very accomodating to my child's individual developmental needs. He never enjoys going to the doctor's office, and they made this experience as smooth as possible for all of us. My wife and I were so pleased with our experience with everyone we encountered from the scheduler, genetic counselor, and nurse practitioner we saw. I would recommend this group to anybody in need of a genetic evaluation, especially their child.
First they let the prior authorization run out but pretended my insurance just tanked it unexpectedly. Now I can't get results. They don't answer or I get transferred to registration who acts like I'm calling the wrong number. Like really guys, take blame for other people not doing stuff. There's allegedly a "note" to call me. It's only taken me years just to get this far into a diagnosis for my kid so great to know UK is part of a broken system.
