Do not take the first provider they put you with - you’re not allowed to change providers once you’re established. I assumed we’d be able to get in and then see a better doctor, but now we’re locked in with someone who didn’t understand my daughter’s case. Their only solution was that we see gastroenterology in Cincinnati or Louisville, both over an hour away.
Nice Dr but they don't ever call back (even when I said it was urgent) they don't take into consideration your concerns. Ive been ignored for far too long about my child's health. I would never recommend someone taking their kid here.
Hate dealing with UK pediatrics. Unfortunately my child has to see a specialist here. They do not call in refills, do not return calls, after you wait for 30 minutes to speak to someone the call is dropped. We waited for half a year for an appointment and the doctor did not take any of our concerns seriously. I hate this place. I will be happy once my child is 18 years of age and then maybe we can see someone that will actually help.
