I had a trimeollar fracture two years ago and had surgery everything went well Dr.Primm and staff was great and then here I am two years later my bones are healed but I have a broken screw and went back having pain and swelling and more issues and Dr.Primm ordered xray and saw me put me in brace for 4 weeks and limits walking and standing said if no better when came back we would discuss hardware removal well when went back no changes and said the screw wasn’t backing out he didn’t know what could be causing the pain and iss... read more
Staff rude as can be on the phone
Avoid this practice - their care is abysmal. I am a UK employee with UK health insurance, and they’ve been terrible. If you don’t have UK Health insurance, go to Central Baptist or independent orthopedists. If you do have UK health insurance, do your research beforehand, have them prepare an estimate of what might be done and how much it will cost before you go.
