Staff rude as can be on the phone
Avoid this practice - their care is abysmal. I am a UK employee with UK health insurance, and they’ve been terrible. If you don’t have UK Health insurance, go to Central Baptist or independent orthopedists. If you do have UK health insurance, do your research beforehand, have them prepare an estimate of what might be done and how much it will cost before you go. Had total foot reconstruction. The experience far exceeded my expectations and humbled me as a human being. Modern medicine is a miracle. We live in some amazing times.
