This office has a good bedside manner, but is not good at getting medications or treatments approved by insurance.
What a disaster. They told me I needed an EKG to figure out what was going on in March. Then they scheduled another appointment for a week later to tell me exactly the same thing. Then, the EKG I needed wasn't scheduled until August. The day before the EKG, that office called to say it had been turned down by insurance. They said insurance had waited until the last minute. Back around the 10th of January 2025 I was diagnosed with a very rare blood disorder and was flown from Huntington WV to UK hospital while there I start having tremors/seizures and the neurology team found that part of my brain had been damaged from the ttp and soon found a cure for it. My Family and I could not have been treated any better than We were as the Physicians,Nurses and the rest of the hospital staff treated Us with respect and dignity and I am forever grateful and very much appreciative.
