Dr. Mathias and P. A. Marayam are wonderful. Very patient, kind and empathetic. Shares information pertinent to my epilepsy. However, the staff checking you out inside the clinic are rude and don't seem to like their jobs.

EXCELLENT! Staff and Providers are prompt and efficient, not to mention thorough!! My overall experience at all UK facilities beginning with my PCP, Ginny Gottschalk, has been superior! Well worth a drive to Lexington for amazing healthcare and peace of mind❤

Very rude staff. Was given an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, because the doctor had personal business during the original appointment. We told them we didn't know if we could make it the next day for sure. They said it wouldn't count as a no show if we didn't. We cancelled the following morning and was rudely told that it would be counted as a no show.
Everyone is so friendly and kind. Easy to understand diagnosis. Doctors are patient, kind and understanding.
