My daughter was in the NICU for 9 days. The social worker was extremely unprofessional and rude. The nurses are undertrained and very immature. It was heartbreaking to see the other babies being neglected by there 3 hour care policy. I rarely seen a doctor. If possible I would strongly recommend Cincinnati children's hospital.
