Took my son in for a check up on his heart, just to play it safe, we have medi share, which they do not accept, but did not tell us that at check in, and filling all the papers out, 1 month later, we get a $3200.00 bill, that is not including the doctor we talked too bill. They never informed us, so I assume they didn’t so they can charge and we pay, Next time I’ll go to Ohio, I’ll never give UK money again. It’s a huge scam, great job UK, your the biggest crooks in Lexington.
They have always taken great care of us. The staff who takes calls after hours have saved my sanity and the option of Twilight Clinic has been wonderful.
Unorganized and incompetent administration and professional staff. Very sad.
