Place is a joke. Been trying to get the same teeth out for 2 years.
Need my wisdom teeth out real bad. They keep me awake . They are falling apart. They cause so much pain. My referral was sent back in December. I’ve called to check they said keep calling to stay on it and get a cancellation appointment. Called today and apparently they lost my referral and there is no chart for me at all?? So now it has to be re sent and starting all over on the waiting process?? It’s already been 7 months . Ridiculous. Part of my job is processing referrals and so I have no idea how they managed this. Smh.
I called for 3 days straight keep getting the run around about my daughters referral finally get ahold of someone after calling since 8am all for them to tell me it takes 15 minutes to get an email and to call back in 15 mins it ridiculous and they need to do better
