I called for 3 days straight keep getting the run around about my daughters referral finally get ahold of someone after calling since 8am all for them to tell me it takes 15 minutes to get an email and to call back in 15 mins it ridiculous and they need to do better

I would give 0 if I could, but that 1 star is for the nurses that were kind to me. I have an enormous fear of the dentist due to past experience getting my 2 front teeth drilled off after a car accident. They did one root canal in the wrong tooth therefore I could feel the drilling but the dentist didn't believe me. Segway to this place later in life, I spent 2 months calling everyday for a cancelation to get in. I’ve had an abscessed tooth for over a year. I’ve missed days of sleep in a row in pain, Almost caused car accidents. I’ve heard voices from sleep deprivation. This is the only dentist in the state of Kentucky that will accept new patients. I’ve been in a waiting list for an appointment for about 8 months. I’ve taken 5 rounds of antibiotics. Each time it takes more and more to stop the pains If I can get the infection under control this time I will have to pull my own tooth. If I could find someone else to do my stepdaughter surgery, I would so when we first arrived, it was September 23, 2024 at 1:30. We arrived When they called us back, the nurse was very rude. Kept making fat comments about my stepdaughter, telling her that she's going to crush her phone then she told Her weight was OK and rolled her eyes.
