They didn't send the paperwork to be filled out witch had to be filled out before you could be seen. I have ADHD SO that put me in a whirlwind....so many pages! Then the Physician Assistant came in asked me a few questions. 1 was where is the majority of my pain. ( It is through the top middle and lower back and causes my legs and arms to go numb) well I told her the lower was most sever.
