It's completely unacceptable that you have to drive around the parking garage three times before finding a parking space. Not to mention if your handicap good luck no parking available, and many without the proper placards or license plate. There UK building on to hospital, where are they going to have people park? Some of their employees told us they park at the football field and walk. With the millions of dollars there given each year, give us the proper parking. Great staff
I was treated at the University of Kentucky's emergency unit, was hospitalized for a few days, and had to return later for surgery. I can't say enough positive things about the care I received from literally every single employee I came in contact with. Not only was everyone friendly, highly professional and competent, I was also impressed how everyone truly cared for my well being. If you value competent medical care, honesty, and basic human decency, DO NOT take your loved ones to UK Hospital. This place is a complete disgrace, filled with neglect, arrogance, and lies—from the ER to the surgical and oncology teams. My mother was left in a hallway for 12 hours after breaking her leg, completely ignored unless my father or I hunted down a nurse or doctor. No pain management, no care—just pure neglect. Super cop with glasses down at entrance B makes it hell to get to security, will harass you about your steel toe boots and be weird though the whole process, greasy hair can't missem kinda looks like bubbles from the trailer park boys
