This facility’s ER is so very disappointing and reckless in patient care. I would not advise anyone to utilize this system, unless they have a thick pocket book in which they will charge for herding patients like cattle through their hallways and into what they refer to as ‘chair rooms’ very very closely to other patients of unknown illness or injury. I’ve never felt compelled to leave a review based solely on advertisements, but UK Healthcare’s commercials are truly unbearable. The over-the-top, dramatized stories—presented as if they’re told by ‘real people’—come across as painfully scripted and fake. No child speaks with that kind of polished grammar, emotional poise, and vocabulary. It’s hard to take them seriously. To make matters worse, the ads are played constantly.
