My little one was born here and delivered with care by the incredible staff. I’m truly grateful.
The one star is for the few nice nurses I had. If it weren't for them, I would put zero stars. Absolutely the worst experience at a hospital. After birth I cleaned my own room and padding off the floor, the food was god awful and they charged my insurance for items they weren't giving me! This was every meal. Took 2 days for someone from the kitchen to ask if I wanted to have my order taken. Had a nurse lie to my face about what she needed to test my baby for. NICU Pediatrician has a god complex and extremely backhanded. My ... read more
We came from out of town in hopes my wife would have a better birthing experience and she did. They did a wonderful job. The units were nice.
UK Birthing Center met every single one of my expectations and more. The staff was absolutely wonderful, and so professional! There was no passive aggressiveness, or someone trying to make decisions or choices for me. Everyone was very respectful and genuinely cared about the patients. I've never been a patient there before. I made a two hour drive in hope of a better birthing experience than what I had at SOMC. There are better options in Lexington. Baptist Health is so much better!
