UK Emergency Department is directly responsible for my disabilty. As a result of their failure to provide adequate care and delayed surgical intervention, I have spent the last 21 months coping with Cauda Equina Syndrome with Neurogenic Bladder. With the exception of the neurosurgery team I was EVENTUALLY referred to and my current urology provider, our experience has been (and continues to be) a nightmare.
