I have been coming here for years, and am always amazed by Dr. Archer and staff. I went recently, knowing I was bound for my fourth nasal polypectomy. Dr. Archer saved me! A new prescription “Xhance” used for three weeks and the polyps had shrank so much I wasn’t required to have surgery! Best of all, I had regained my sense of smell that had been gone for years! University of Kentucky ENT is outstanding, everyone is friendly and Dr. Jones is great.
I've been coming here to see Dr. Archer for over 10 years and I have to say I couldn't ask for a better ENT Dr. and his staff! My family and I are pleased with the care we receive and if we have any questions the staff are there to help!
I've been coming for over a year because of my cochlear implant. The staff here is probably the most caring of any doctor's office I've ever been too. They always take time to answer all my questions.
I love coming here. I love the atmosphere and my family and I are at ease every time we come.
We see Dr.Iverson and he's amazing and the staff is awesome.
We never get to see the same person when it comes to my daughters ears/tubes but , the staff is always so nice and they listen to my concerns.
