Do not give birth here, please. I gave birth here 2.5 years ago and I still have PTSD from the experience. It all started smoothly. I spoke up for myself, they mostly listened. But then after shift change, I guess they were like "nope. Time for her to give birth." They created a whole false scenario about me needing to birth right now because by son's heart rate was decreasing, but I know that was just the monitor slipping as it had several times throughout the night. My little one was born here and delivered with care by the incredible staff. I’m truly grateful.
The one star is for the few nice nurses I had. If it weren't for them, I would put zero stars. Absolutely the worst experience at a hospital. After birth I cleaned my own room and padding off the floor, the food was god awful and they charged my insurance for items they weren't giving me! This was every meal. Took 2 days for someone from the kitchen to ask if I wanted to have my order taken. Had a nurse lie to my face about what she needed to test my baby for. NICU Pediatrician has a god complex and extremely backhanded. My ... read more
