Waited for 3 hr 40 min to be seen for a Peds appt. Not easy keeping a little one occupied for that length of time. Staff friendly on arrival but not informative during the wait.
Took 2.5 plus hours for a basic follow up. VERY slow. Created real problems for my job schedule.
