Our buyers are using UIF and they can’t get their job done on time. They’ve already delayed our closing twice AND said the buyers are providing all of the paperwork in a timely manner. We as sellers have responded to everything quickly. Very Unprofessional company, I was representing my buyers in a transaction that took UIF 48 days to be reviewed by their UW and came back to us with denial letter for unreasonable reasons, I had moved my buyers to another lender and was able to close same deal within 25 days!
VERY BAD LENDER please STAY AWAY
I have been dealing Abdelrahman Mousa from Columbus OH. I regret to the day I came in touch with him and the whole organisation , This guy doesn't know what he's doing and very unprofessional. no reply from calls nor emails or text ? they wasted my money and time and still couldn't get the job done. After switching to a different lender it only took me three weeks to get the job done and closed the deal. STAY AWAY PLS
They are horrible lenders to deal with. I am warning all agents not to accept any offers with them being the lender.
