Worse experience, Lake of communications...Increasing rate without let you know eventer delayed my closing and I have to pay high closing delay fee. worst experience

Highly recommend UIF Corporation to anyone that is looking to purchase a home. I had the pleasure of working with agent Aminah Uwais who ensured that through out the entire process, everything went smoothly. Ms Aminah Uwais she was helping me a lot since the beginning. She explained to me all the thing I didn’t understand and help me for what I should do and she was patient, and understood when I was busy and couldn’t answer her call and even my realtor agent said that she was good she was gonna recommend her when someone need a lender and I would recommend to all my friends and to work with UIF and to work with her

Ms. Rua was super helpful and supportive with my many questions. I felt like she cared about supporting my needs and she was very prompt in returning my calls. I would definitely recommend UIF and Ms. Rua quality service to anyone who is looking to purchase a loan or refinance.

Don’t be fooled by the nice comment by the celebrities. If you think you will receive VIP treatment than you absolutely wrong. This is my 3rd home purchase but I was never so frustrated with any lenders as UIF. Thanks to agent Aminah Awais, she made this process so bitter that UIF will be on the bottom of list when I buy my next house. She is rude, unprofessional and she will not help you save even a penny. By far the worst lender I have dealt with. I saw the testimonial from brother Omar Sulieman and decided to go with UIF but that was biggest mistake of my life. Total liar, rude, and dishonest. Almost two months and we still have not able to close. I had to give one star to submit my review otherwise we would given no star at all. Don't be fooled by the testimonial from the celebrities you will regret it.

The worst financial institution to finance or refinance thru. Their company is a complete gimmick and fraud. Nothing about their operation is islamic or halal. They make up their own rules as they go. You are better off going with any company but this one.
