Poor communication and lack of honesty in dealing, they didnt explain all the fees that associated with there loan, never help customers, very slow in processing and increased the interested rate 1 week before closing that didnt give an option to swap to another lender

Our Closing was delayed a week (29th April to 3rd May) due to ********************* (loan officer) *************** He did not lock the rate, share the closing disclosures, obtained the *** quote in a timely manner which led to delays and landed us near losing the deal. UIF customer support service is one of the worst and every person you speak with is rude and not at all helpful. I am surprised BBB has not noticed this and have give them A plus ratings. The approx. wait time is always longer the person answering phone is not knowledgeable and when request a call back from supervisor I get refused a call back. Worse experience, Lake of communications...Increasing rate without let you know eventer delayed my closing and I have to pay high closing delay fee. worst experience
UIF is awful to work with. ************************** simply failed to communicate even the simplest items and would never answer a question when asked. Literally never. Like a bad politician. Beyond the communication issues, they wavered on multiple items in transaction and didnt seem to know what they were doing. It was a terrible experience.
