Terrible company, lazy employees., took 6 months to come to closing and then they said lock has expired and asked me to pay point for $1400, very unprofessional., I would say UIF - Un-Islamic Financial as they are not ethical
I had the pleasure to refinance my mortgage through UIF and closed it today 11/4/2020. The Area Manager, Ahmed Anabtawi handled my application professionally and were able to close within 60 days during this busy time as promised. I was able to reduce the profit rate by 1.25% and saved a lot. Thank you Ahmed, you are awesome!
Atef Tayari is the worst lender ever! Do not use UIF. Do not expect them to get the job done.
Terrible company to deal with. Atef Tayari - SLOW to respond to urgent matters. Cannot close on time. Cannot fix simple problems. RUDE! Doesn't reply to call and emails! Worst company ever! Atef is terrible!

Our buyers are using UIF and they can’t get their job done on time. They’ve already delayed our closing twice AND said the buyers are providing all of the paperwork in a timely manner. We as sellers have responded to everything quickly. So far they’ve cost us an extra few hundred dollars (more taxes as our house sits empty since we planned our move out for the original closing day, other increased closing costs, and we continued to have the lawn mowed since it’s summer). Very Unprofessional company, I was representing my buyers in a transaction that took UIF 48 days to be reviewed by their UW and came back to us with denial letter for unreasonable reasons, I had moved my buyers to another lender and was able to close same deal within 25 days!
VERY BAD LENDER please STAY AWAY
