I have never been happier with a Lender and Mortgage Company then I am with Ali Rafiq from UIF. First experience was in 2017, flowless. This time around, the experience has been an absolute nightmare. The loan agent is complete useless, requesting documents over and over again, not reporting back status even after assuring me over phone he will. My purchase contract has already been extended over a week to accommodate this bank and they are still requesting the same documents with the extended deadline approaching. Save yourself money and time, never use UIF, there are other options out there.
Very bad experience. Change numbers in last minute and postpone my closing date a day before closing because they don't have right numbers. I don't recommend them to anyone. Go somewhere else. Charging a lot of fees.
When I read all these bad & very negative reviews I said it’s probably islamic banks bashing. Now that I dealt with them, I’ wondering whether those positive reviews are true?! Stay away from them and don’t wast your time. They pushed closing 3 times until we changed lender cause we were gonna lose our dream house. Absolutely Stay way from them.

Terrible company, lazy employees., took 6 months to come to closing and then they said lock has expired and asked me to pay point for $1400, very unprofessional., I would say UIF - Un-Islamic Financial as they are not ethical
I had the pleasure to refinance my mortgage through UIF and closed it today 11/4/2020. The Area Manager, Ahmed Anabtawi handled my application professionally and were able to close within 60 days during this busy time as promised. I was able to reduce the profit rate by 1.25% and saved a lot. Thank you Ahmed, you are awesome!
