I had a great experience at the UHealth parking garage. The girl who was in the second floor in the morning l didn’t catch her name but she was very friendly, helpful, and professional. She made the parking process easy and explained everything clearly. Great customer service!
Dr. Onur Cagri Kutlu is the best Gastrointestinal Surgeon. Very attentive, God definitely used him. God bless you.
This hospital is absolute garbage; you bring a patient on a stretcher, and they make it difficult to park the van. The valet claims it’s a hospital order, while the hospital says they’re supposed to let you park. It’s just a total mess—and don't even get me started on the treatment; not everyone is bad, but some of the staff are absolutely terrible.

This was by far the most horrific hospital experience of my life. Sitting in the emergency room for over 6 hours waiting to be seen by a doctor while in pain and needing help is completely unacceptable. The lack of attention and compassion from both nurses and doctors was beyond disappointing. Instead of listening and properly evaluating the situation, there was misdiagnosis, poor communication, and a complete lack of urgency or care for patient needs.
