Terrible service from Arianna Castro-Chavez. Very unprofessional for someone in her position. After visiting my aunt, when my wife and I tried to go upstairs, the two people at the desk refused to let us through and repeatedly called the front desk to check if anyone was there. My cousin, who had come downstairs, went to use the bathroom, and Arianna ran from her desk to tell the security guard not to let her in. If we could give this hospital 20 stars we would. My wife had reconstructive back surgery performed by Doctor Wang. The care at this hospital is absolutely incredible. On point fantastic care. Attentive, Competent, Caring, service that deserves praise. We came four hours to have Doctor Wang do surgery on my wife. After reading about him and see his credentials.
