Very dissatisfied and dissapointed with their services. My 2 year old son has ear pain and they refused to see him even though his pediatrician is at this location. Since I didn’t have an appointment they refused to even examine his ears. Will definitely find someone else
It's impossible to speak to an on call nurse or doctor and it's impossible get a call back because the voice message system is always broken. Kinda annoying. I'm back and changing my review to 1 star. Madeline Mlynczak is a joke. On top of never responding to non-emergent messages, we had to wait for 1.5+ weeks for a referral. Most ridiculous pediatrician we've ever had.
This facility has potential but suffers from consistent operational issues that impact patient care. Over multiple visits, I've encountered: Scheduling Problems: Despite arriving on time, expect 30-40 minute waits beyond your appointment time due to overbooking. Billing Issues: I was overbilled on my initial visit, and the treatment plan we discussed wasn't implemented - only a dermatology referral was processed.
