BE AWARE- The billing is scummy as can be. I was charged by both the doctor and facility without being notified at the arrival to the hospital. I was not given anything to read over, I was told sentences and told to sign but was not told things may occur that cost additional without me being notified, so I decided to ask during the appointment because I didn't want any surprise charges. Worst medical experience I've ever had. I waited in a room for 30 mins then Dr. Surnna and her assistants came in. Then 5 min of me talking to brief them on my symptoms. Then Dr. Surnna did a quick check and endoscopy for 5 mins (without my consent, just "let's check this" then drops are in my nostrils). Then 5 mins for them to finish typing notes. The procedure was very uncomfortable and left me in pain for 4 hours after. A few weeks later, I was billed for a 90-min doctors visit, a 30-min hospital visit, and multiple charg... read more
