I have had to visit the UHealth Boca office 3 times in the last week after a visit to the UM ER earlier this month. I cannot begin to explain how helpful everyone has been, from the people helping with checking in at the kiosk, Bibi with registration/checking out, Calvin (not sure if he was a nurse or PA), the other nurses (didn’t catch everyone’s name), Dr. Lay, Dr. Cohen, and Lisette who just called me to assist with a prescription question while Dr. Cohen is away. I go to the UHealth in Deerfield Beach to Dr Anis. I can’t even begin to tell you how amazing he is. He is so down to earth and so compassionate UHEALTH is so lucky to have him there. And the voice therapist Robert he is also an amazing amazing young guy that is also so compassionate about what he does. I’m so glad that I’m able to go there and that they’re able to take care of me.

Their doctors are always late. Even if you schedule the earliest appointment for a day, they ask you to arrive 30 minutes prior to the appointment, but the doctors arrive 15-40 minutes after the appointment time. I have been visiting uhealth for years and they never had any appointment on time. They overbook and rush you out of the office as soon as they can get rid of you. I've never experienced a doctors visit like this, and I mean that in the best way possible. The office is beautiful and spacious. Check in is a digital process which I've never had, but it was easy enough. Everything was right on time and there was no lengthy wait at any point. I saw Dr Stephanie Lay. Her medical assistant was able to set my mind at ease and was a pleasant lead up to meeting Dr Lay. Dr Lay is easy to talk to and goes over your entire medical history to get to truly know you as a patient. I felt she listened ... read more
