I been going to the Drs. Office for 30 years. My Doctor left the practice and no one will see me. I was told that the doctors there are not taking any new patients. This doctor's office could do better than that. You can't just throw your patients away like that. I see that they have no regards for people, just money.

I've never had a welcoming experience from this establishment. I've been a patient here for well over 5 years. Every single time I have to call them, I dread it. They're never nice and always difficult to talk to. We're people too, come back down to earth and talk to us as such. I just got done calling this office several times and each time they picked up they never said anything and then hung up on me once I had to ask if anyone was there. Dr. Mark is really great. But I've been trying to schedule an appointment with her for a YEAR. They get canceled and ask me to rebook over and over. Now I called again when they're supposed to be open and the rudest lady picks up the phone with an attitude you can't fake and says to call back tomorrow because they're closed. Also I'll get billed randomly for the canceled appointments.. THAT THEY CANCEL ON ME. I used to see bad reviews and wonder what everyone was talking about. I love dr.mark! But it’s very ftusytating when 6 months of prescriptions are suppose to be sent over to pharmacy and almost every month there is some issues with pharmacy not having prescription on file from dr when I’m due for medicine. And it’s frustrating to say the least.
