Regarding outpatient procedure nurses: Super friendly and you can tell they love being there and not just for a paycheck. Very engaging with patients and make them laugh. Thank you :)

My daughter had a sore throat low grade fever for 3 days. Went it to er on a Sunday I didn’t think she’d be able to wait another day for her doctor. We were placed in a shower stall converted into a room… whatever I knew she wasn’t “critical” and needed all the equipment. After an hour was told her tests were all negative barely looked at her told me just give her a Tylenol and send her to school the next day. I most certainly did not. Ok I am a asthmatic and with allergies thing were really bad today and couldn't breathe when I laid down . I went to the e.r around 630 and as soon as I got there I should have been given a breathing treatment. Did ex rays and then wanted to do a COVID test that I denied. After that everything changed. Was made to put a mask on and was then looked at funny and left waiting. After a while I got up and left. They did nothing and I'm forced to buy antibiotics off the street and Prednisone. We have been here for almost 2 hrs and still not made it to triage this is a disgrace to the name emergency room I don't even know why we came here. It's always been like this no one is here it's not busy at all but yet here we are
