3800 Embassy Parkway The entrance needs appropriate signage. To a first time patient, it appears as though the entrance to the facility is the first door on the left. There should be a sign with an arrow in the driveway pointed LEFT for Sports Medicine, Quest Laboratory, UH Radiology. Also, on the same sign a FORWARD pointing arrow for University Hospital, Copley Medicine, Fairlawn Internal Medicine and others. Very short wait for labs as a walk-in. Great staff - especially Taniya Polk. Knows her stuff, great attitude, personable, and obviously likes her job.
