I was admitted for a PAO surgery on March 10th and the staff and doctors are excellent here. The food is amazing. I couldn’t think of a better hospital than UH because everyone is so understanding and so down to earth. They are always checking up on you making sure you’re not in any pain. Nurse Mallory was the best she was always went above and beyond. And she is so sweet and understanding!!! Jackie H is completely rude and inconsiderate towards patients and staff. I heard her speaking negativity about patients and even staff members under her direction. Will never recommend anyone go to this location.

I was admitted into hospital 12/11 into Pain Management. I just would like to thank the entire team that worked with me for the 2 days I was there. The doctors, nurses, and nursing assistants were all so nice. I appreciated everything they did for me and how they treated me was wonderful. I was very scared just being admitted because I have not been in the hospital overnight in about 10 years and my anxiety was just crazy. Just thank you thank you, thank you! Please don’t ever change.
