Surprise Billing of Facility Fee that goes undisclosed. Total lack of transparency. Exuberant Fee. Totally unacceptable
I was admitted for a PAO surgery on March 10th and the staff and doctors are excellent here. The food is amazing. I couldn’t think of a better hospital than UH because everyone is so understanding and so down to earth. They are always checking up on you making sure you’re not in any pain. Nurse Mallory was the best she was always went above and beyond. And she is so sweet and understanding!!!
