RecommendedUnfortunately had to take my 5 year old to the ER yesterday after a fall. The staff was AMAZING. The ER can be scary for anyone, let alone a child. Everyone was so friendly and nice from the moment we walked in the door. Our two nurses and resident went above and beyond to make our little man smile. We really appreciate everyone being so amazing during an awful situation.

The best medical experience in Cleveland, doctors are not “under the gun” to rush to the next patient. From my family doctor to the cardiac department the orthopedics who gave me a new hip.

I was in the ER on Thursday night. All of the staff was wonderful. Can't say enough about the awesome care I got there and continued down at the main campus! Thank you So much!!
My son went to the ER because was in a sickle cell crisis. They couldn't get his pain under control and recommended that he be transported to the main UH campus. However, they did not transport him with his shoes (red Jordan's 11's) nor his heating pad. My son is an adult but was in so much pain didn't realize it.
