My mother was admitted to the ICU- surgical floor. I am so thankful to her wonderful nurses, Anna, Francine and Kiana Billingsly. Truly fantastic. Very confident, competent and sweet to my mom. A kind nurse is worth gold!
Your staff is trash. I've been waiting for over 12 hours to get medications that your Dr's prescribed. I can't receive them because your nurses can't put in an acceptable IV. I've been here 5 nights so far. It started in the ER as a great experience, but as time has gone on the care has greatly declined. You should really stand behind some of the standards you advertise. Shameful the way your Dr's and nurses talk to and treat patients.
The customer service sucks! I even can't get through to make an appointment for my ultrosound. The recipient is really unprofessional.
