Three ladies traveling from MN to NC and the check engine light came on. We called ahead and the service dept. could read the code but would be unable to repair anything due to the lateness of the day. When the gentleman, with the bootcast on his foot talked to my traveling companions and found out our situation, he said "I will take care of this".
