"Great Buy" Just purchased a newsd Subaru Outback Limited for this dealership on 4-18-16. This vehicle was just what we were looking for. Hard to find used. A friend of mine recommended Chris Rocke as a salesperson to use. It was a great experience. No pressure at all. Love our Subaru Outback. Highly recommend Chris.
Awesome Experience If you are looking for a dealership that has the patience to work with you to find you the right vehicle at the right place you have come to the right place! I was not in a rush to buy a vehicle and was very particular about what I was looking for. I never felt pressured into a sale and, in fact, felt like Uftring Nissan and my sales agent (Elton) had by back and were in my corner the whole way. Highly recommend doing business with this dealership and Elton!!

The most knowledgable and respectful salesman I've ever had The weeks I spent searching for a new car were exhausting, to say the least. I'd stopped by 7-8 Peoria area dealerships, and most of the salesmen that I dealt with were incredibly pushy. Wonderful day even though it was gloomy outside Met Doug Hanselman for the first time last week and felt so comfortable with him. He really knows his stuff. Stopped in to check out a Nissan knowing nothing about them personally. Doug was so knowledgeable about the vehicle and needless to say, we walked out with just what we needed. Doug did his best to make a gloomy, cold day outside nice and warm inside. I definitely would recommend this dealership - and Doug - to anybody needing a new vehicle.
Excellent service from all staff! Unfortunately, a little while ago I was involved in an auto accident that totaled my car. Doug Hanselman was the best salesman I have ever dealt with. My husband and I visited every dealership in Peoria and a few in other towns. I always hated the buying a car experience. BOUGHT A VERY NICE USED BUICK FOR MY WIFE I WAS LOOKING TO GET ANOTHER VEHICLE AND WENT TO THREE OTHER DEALERSHIPS. WAS NOT TREATED VERY WELL WHEN I CHECKED THE CARS OUT THAT I HAD INTENDED TO BUY.
