Wonderful day even though it was gloomy outside Met Doug Hanselman for the first time last week and felt so comfortable with him. He really knows his stuff. Stopped in to check out a Nissan knowing nothing about them personally. Doug was so knowledgeable about the vehicle and needless to say, we walked out with just what we needed. Doug did his best to make a gloomy, cold day outside nice and warm inside. I definitely would recommend this dealership - and Doug - to anybody needing a new vehicle.
Excellent service from all staff! Unfortunately, a little while ago I was involved in an auto accident that totaled my car. Being 35 weeks pregnant, we were suddenly (and unexpectedly) in a rush to get a new car that would be great for our growing family. Doug Hanselman was the best salesman I have ever dealt with. My husband and I visited every dealership in Peoria and a few in other towns. I always hated the buying a car experience. BOUGHT A VERY NICE USED BUICK FOR MY WIFE I WAS LOOKING TO GET ANOTHER VEHICLE AND WENT TO THREE OTHER DEALERSHIPS. WAS NOT TREATED VERY WELL WHEN I CHECKED THE CARS OUT THAT I HAD INTENDED TO BUY. Bought my first Nissan! I went just to look. Ended up driving a Rogue around the lot because I was short on time. Went back with intentions of a longer test drive. Ended up buying! They had the colors in and outside that I wanted.

It was worth the drive!! We wanted to trade in our 2013 Rogue before we retired. We purchased it at Uftring Nissan from Elton Herrick. We now live in the Chicago Area. So we drove to Peoria and bought our second Rogue from Elton Herrick. The moment you walk in the door you feel so welcomed. We love our new 2013 Rogue and we know if we have any question Elton will be there to answer them for us.
