Dishonest and heartless! Purchased a certified used 2017 Murano last Friday. I made the mistake of not doing a very thorough inspection of every fine little detail of the car. I drove 3 hours to pick it up after agreeing on a price. Upon arrival, the car was parked in an unlit area for my inspection. I agreed to purchase it. They ran my credit and me and my husband had a 835 credit score. They told me that since it was late i had to take a high rate of interest. Very pleasant car buying experience. I was very impressed with the dealership facilities, but more importantly the people I deal with. My salesman, Jason, was very professional and courteous and very knowledgeable about the inventory. A J in the finance dept was very informative without being pushy. Overall, a great job by all involved.
Great experience We recently purchased our fourth vehicle from Uftring Nissan and we have dealt with Tim on each purchase. Tim listens to our needs in a vehicle and has never tried to sell us more than we want. He is easy to deal with and never pressures you into a purchase. He always does a fantastic job of getting a fair deal for both the customer and the dealership. When we have had to deal with the service department, it is always a good experience.
