I have called FOUR times to set up an appointment for my son. The first time they had to talk to their billing department to see if they will take my insurance. They never called back. The second time, they said they haven't even started to look to see if they accepted my insurance but it should be okay and requested a referral. The third time they said they didn't receive a referral and ask me to resend the referral back to the same fax number it was sent to before.
