I really like this place but I still give it a 1. I have a high deductible plan, and it sucks. But one benefit is I don't have to jump through hoops to see doctors, with a PPO I can pick. Not being able to pick this doctor, without first paying another doctor is ridiculous. Your office policy is why you get one star. What would happen: I have to go see an Urgent Care, or Primary care physician first. They are going to do X-rays, and any other evaluations then need to determine he needs to see an orthopedic. What a breath of fresh air, this place actually knows what they're doing and talking about compared to Central Florida bone joint that doesn't have a clue. They seem like they're right on point.
I think this place is great. I had an 830 appointment walked in at 8 did Some paperwork was taken back at 8:15 and was out by 830 for an MRI. The staff was wonderful. Dr. Hayden is great explains everything and where you can understand it. I definitely recommend this place.
