I have been going to this facility for many many years. The care is outstanding and staff very friendly. Just be proactive with your appointments and reminders. Wait time to be seen is usually short.
Called three days ago to talk with doctor about my son, they said they would return call 24-48 hours .. after patiently waiting three days , I called after hours to see if I could get information this way .. I am still on hold , I have been on hold one hour being told doctors on call not answering . I did what I should and really cannot believe any child should be overlooked like this. The original call I waited 30 minutes just to have someone say the doctor will call back . Why do they even let you hold? None of this is app... read more
